Terms and possibilities
For venue rental outside our opening hours, we charge a surcharge for the presence of staff. Our opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the reservation. After that, we will charge 20%.
Catering
Would you like to combine your meeting with lunch, dinner, or drinks? We can organize this for you. Please contact us for a tailor-made quote.
Technical facilities and furniture
We charge a surcharge for the rental of additional furniture and tableware, as well as for the use of equipment such as the projector/microphone. We have the following facilities in-house:

- 2 microphones
- Projector
- 4 high tables
- Cloakroom
- Wireless internet
- Sound system
- Laptop
- Flip chart
