Life Drawing with Rossel Chaslie
On eight Sundays, artist and former city illustrator Rossel Chaslie will be teaching life drawing classes. These sessions are for anyone who wants to start, learn more, or is simply curious. The classes take place from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
Each lesson involves working with a live model, allowing you to learn how to observe and draw the human body. Materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own supplies. A contribution of 15 euros per session is requested for participation, though you may donate more if you are able. You can register in advance for each session. The minimum age is sixteen (except for the workshop on May 25). Those who are younger but very keen to participate can contact CBK Zuidoost at info@cbkzuidoost.nl or 020-2252880.
The dates are: Sunday March 9 and 23, April 6 and 27, May 11 and 25, and June 1 and 22
Please note: May 25 is a special family workshop as part of Amsterdam Art Week. This means that children (accompanied by a parent/guardian) are also welcome to participate on that day.
You can register for the workshops here—you may opt for one or more dates:
